The Library Commons is located on the 3rd floor of Bldg. 305, Nanaimo campus (the main floor of the Library). See the Library Commons hours for open times.
The Commons features 60 computer workstations, including 3 Media stations, and two Video/Audio Editing suites. The media stations and editing suites may be booked online by VIU students and employees from https://library.viu.ca/

Support for this service is available: M-F 8:00 - 4:30
Service is available: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
Scheduled maintenance for the Library Commons computers occurs between 12:45am and 5:30am. This means that these computers may shut down at short notice between 12:45am and 5:30am. Be sure to save to your U: drive!
