A department that values and supports the mental health of all IT employees to the point where activities supporting mental health become second nature and ingrained cultural habits.


The Balance IT mental health committee will plan activities, workshops, and events, as well as develop departmental routines. The goal is to improve employee mental health and reduce employee stress by promoting work/live balance and work/work balance.
